Rakesh Rajak has a shop under Thawe Over Bridge in Gopalganj district. People are liking the burger here. Let us tell you that the burger made by Rakesh’s hands tastes amazing. This is the reason why people who come to visit Thawe Temple definitely come to Rakesh and eat burgers. The special thing is that in the evening there is a crowd of customers.
Rakesh told that this burger shop runs from morning till late evening. He told that usually the sauce given in the burger made in the market is also available in the general market. Customers do not like its taste because not all customers like the sauce. This is the reason why customers do not like that burger. Rakesh told that all the ingredients used to make burgers at his shop are of high quality.
Chutney is prepared in different ways
He even makes the chutney used in the burger himself. Rakesh told that apart from the market, he serves two types of burgers to the people. In which all the ingredients including pav remain fresh. The chutney, salad, potato tikki, different spices and other ingredients included in the burger are prepared by ourselves.
More than 500 burgers are sold daily
Rakesh Rajak told that before this he had also worked in Saudi Arabia. The aim was to start my own business somewhere. The work for which he had gone to Saudi Arabia could not be found there. Somehow he came back to his village after spending two years. After this he went to Jammu and Kashmir and started working there. When I didn’t feel like staying in Kashmir, I came back and set up my stall near Thawe temple. Now making delicious burgers and feeding them to people. More than 550 burgers are sold every day at this shop from morning to evening. Here people are served cream burger for Rs 20 and normal burger for Rs 15. More than four thousand rupees are sold every day.
